Together, we bring a strong background of Southern, Central Maine & NH construction, development and business to this project. The Klimek family are founders and co-owners of multiple Maine-based companies including American Development Group LLC, American Holdings Inc., DMM Corporation and American Meat and Seafood Inc. The Klimek family has been instrumental in several major Southern and Central Maine real estate development projects which included the Gritty’s Brew Pub, Commercial Office & Retail Building along Auburn’s River Walk and Maine's first Rite Aid on Center Street in Auburn. Today, 35 years after they established The Black Horse Tavern in Bridgton, it remains Klimek family owned and operated. The entire Klimek family appreciates the great privilege it is to live in our beautiful State of Maine, taking immense pride in the aesthetics and operations of their various community developments.

When his son showed an interest in the “dirt business” he founded K.R. Youland & Son. The company has executed both commercial & residential projects throughout Central and Southern Maine. Regardless of the size of the project or its complexity, the goal is always to give 110% by utilizing the expertise years the excavation business has provided.
